L.E.A.P. Workshop- Rope Safety 2.0 Body Awareness + First Aid for Nerve Injuries

Presented by: @Midnight_Shibari

In this class, JJ will give details into the nerves commonly at risk throughout the body as well as visual demonstration. Attendees will have the opportunity to take what we go over and search for areas of risk on your own body as everyone’s anatomy is a little different with varying nerve sensitivities. We’ll then go over different safety checks that can be used and which nerves they test for, so you can better identify where the issue is and can adjust the rope quicker. The last part of class will focus on what happens if a suspected nerve injury occurs and what current medical literature suggests is beneficial.
