More about our presenter
Jigglin’ & gigglin’ since 1989, Jes (@onbeingahuman) is a certified yoga instructor (since 2013), group fitness leader, and women’s wellness retreat host with a Bachelor of Science in Health Fitness and Exercise Science. With over a decade of teaching everything from yoga and meditation to hula hoop fitness, ecstatic dance, and sexy self-love sessions, she’s built a career helping people feel powerful, playful, and fully at home in their bodies.
An ADHD queen with a lifelong hyperfixation on love, sex, and intimacy, she turned that obsession into a mission: to help others reclaim their pleasure, confidence, and joy.
But let’s be real — this isn’t just about throwing it back. It’s about healing through movement, releasing shame, and reconnecting with the body as a source of power. Jes knows grief, she knows joy, and she knows they live side by side. That’s why her classes aren’t just workouts — they’re spaces to try, fail, laugh, release, and heal.
When she’s not leading retreats or throwing it back like her life depends on it, you’ll find her dancing for joy, shaking off shame, and helping folks reconnect to their power, pleasure, and confidence — one juicy jiggle at a time.
