We welcome you to join us for workshop 4 of 4 of the Erotic Spirituality series led by Nala (@touch.of.ivy on IG, @touch-of-ivy on FL) and Sudo (@aaronsudo on IG, @iampseudo on FL). This class can be taken in tandem with the others or standalone.
Many of us are taught to think of sex primarily through the lens of pleasure, performance, or reproduction. While these can certainly be part of the experience, sexuality can also be a doorway into presence, self-discovery, connection, healing, and spiritual exploration.
In this class, we'll explore what becomes possible when we approach sexuality with greater awareness and intention. Together we'll discuss ways that erotic experiences can deepen our relationship with ourselves, strengthen our connection with others, and help us better understand our own energetic and sexual nature. Along the way, we'll touch on a variety of practices and perspectives, including topics such as yoni/lingam massage, dearmoring, sacred sexuality, energetic connection, and more.
This class will include both discussion and guided experiences that we can explore together. The practices themselves will be fully clothed and non-explicit, focusing on awareness, presence, and connection rather than sexual activity. Whether this is your first class with us or you've attended previous offerings, you'll leave with new perspectives and practices for relating to sexuality in a more conscious and intentional way. You are welcome to come solo. A partner is not required!
