Neo-ipponnawa Intensive

With Miki & Mirmirrr

June 27 & 28th

Our most unique offering yet. Very rarely do we see shibari/kinbaku artists that have taken their passion to the point of creating their own unique style.

Neo-ipponawa by Miki (@young_miki or @kinbakuartistmiki) comes from his years of experience traveling and studying in Japan with kinbaku greats Murasaki Haruan (Yukimura Ryu) & Tenma Haru (Tenma Ryu) and more.

This two day intensive focuses on Neo-ipponawa, derived from Japanese Ipponnawa and Newaza techniques. This style is a living medium that fosters creativity, collaboration, and the development of a unique rope connection between different partners using soft skills and limited ropes.

In an effort to make these type of special sessions as accessible as possible, we offering a la carte tickets for the Performance and the Special LEAP class

The Neo-ipponawa workshop includes The Performance & Play party with the Saturday and Sunday Classes.

Tickets are $350 per tying pair Only 10 spots available

(to audit the intensive as an individual please email obligerope@gmail.com)
