Nala is a guide of many things, including postpartum doula work, sisterhood circles and retreats, co-ed community gatherings, and working with ritual practices of connection and embodiment. Her work is rooted in earth-based spirituality and a deep trust in the body. She creates spaces where people can soften out of societal conditioning and reconnect with the wisdom that already lives within them.

One of Nala’s greatest passions is supporting others in returning to their most authentic expression, in whatever form that takes. Not a perfected version, but the real one. She believes at our core, we are primal and sensual beings. When this is remembered, it shifts how we relate to ourselves, to others, and to the world around us.
