Depression/Mental health and how it affects our play
Mental health profoundly shapes kink play, offering opportunities for therapeutic empowerment, trauma processing, and self-exploration, while also being influenced by anxiety, attachment styles, and stigma. Kink can serve as a tool to rewrite traumatic experiences and reclaim bodily autonomy, releasing dopamine and oxytocin, but it requires strong communication and emotional awareness.

Let’s talk it all through, share our experiences, help old and new friends find their path. Questions are still anonymous and will be directed to the room by our facilitators.
We will be following our typical format of submitting questions anonymously and reading them out load for a group discussing on each one.
Peer to peer learning, sharing, and support. If you desire a greater understanding or something, have experience to share, or just want to take in more community lead education, please join us.
